At Medical Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium wellness apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
